Nine years and counting...
Nine years ago, we embarked on a journey to create Luna Norte in a tiny garage that we shared with three cats and a small team. It wasn't easy, but it was an adventure filled with ups and downs that made us proud of our unique jewelry pieces. As we celebrate our 9th birthday, we want to thank all our customers who have been by our side every step of the way. Luna Norte has always been about gemstones, and we want to share the excitement of this milestone with our gemstone collectors, trendsetters, and jewelry enthusiasts.

Wowza! Happy birthday to us! That means, our April birthstone is Herkimer “Diamond” Quartz! Now, let's get one thing straight, these babies may have diamond in their name, but they are actually quartz. Don't let that deter you though, that’s what makes them so much more special to us! Found all over the world, but named after their abundance in Herkimer County, New York. These crystals are crystal-clear and oftentimes display some impressive unique rainbow inclusions and even the occasional bubble or hint of carbon. They come in different sizes and shapes, but what truly sets them apart are the unique double terminations that make them each one-of-a-kind.
