All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm (PST). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 1pm (PST) on Friday will ship the following week. All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested.
Luna Norte is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt on all unworn jewelry. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. (You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges). We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to Luna Norte.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 1 week of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases.
Items listed in the SALE section of the Luna Norte website are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Promotional sale items are eligible for return as described in the Luna Norte return policy listed above.
